Why is date of birth required for my athlete?

The production Add Athlete flow requires every athlete to have a date of birth. This helps determine when household details are required to consent for under-13 athletes by the COPPA rules. It also helps organizations to easily group, message specific age groups, and have the ability to remove graduated athletes.
